Photo Day Sign-up & Volunteers Needed
As was previously communicated, Blyth Jr Broomball will be hosting our 2024-25 season Photo Days on Friday, January 24 from 6:30-7:45pm and Saturday, January from 1:30pm-5:15pm in the lower multi-purpose room at the Blyth Community Centre.

If families are interested in seeing what the offered products look like, please take a look at the attached Information Letter and Order Form. Please note the process of having pictures taken goes MUCH smoother for those families who arrive with an order sheet printed and completed ahead of time for each child getting their pictures taken. Note: If you are not planning to purchase individual photos, these photos will be used to put together the team photo. We would like to have a complete team photo if at all possible.

Lastly, we are asking families to use the Blyth Jr Broomball Photo Day Sign-Up sheet to book a session that best suits your availability.

For those families who are unable to make the January 24/25 weekend fit their schedule, we are offering additional slots on Saturday, February 8 from 10:00-11:30am.  Families who prefer this option are asked to use the Blyth Jr Broomball Additional Photo Day Sign-Up sheet to pick the slot that best suits them.

NOTE: Only those families with a Google account will be able to edit the above sign up docs.  Any family without a Google account are asked to send an email to [email protected] with their player’s name, team and desired time slot.  Marc will then update the signup sheet on your behalf.

Any questions should be sent to Marc Westra at [email protected] or 519.357.6501
We also need a few more volunteers for these days in order to for this to run smoothly. Please reach out to Marc Westra at the contact details above, or Laura Jackson at [email protected] or 226.963.1910
Cheers!
